The Electronic Filing System (EFS) can now provide reprints of your:

If you are reprinting tax statements, remember tax statements must be filed even when no tax is due. Filing due dates can be found here. Never alter the numbers on the statement. Contact us if the numbers don't look right.

To access these reports, you must first log on the EFS at
. If you do not have a login for the EFS you can request one from the EFS Administrator at your company. Not sure who your EFS Administrator is?
Contact the Association and we'll let you know.
Once logged on to the EFS, access the reports from the Reports section of the menu along the left side of the screen as shown below.
If you do not see the Reports section of the menu on your screen, contact the EFS Administrator at your company (shown on your EFS Home Screen) and ask them to give you permission to access the reports.
