EFS Filing Deadline
The deadline for policies and endorsements to be filed in the Electronic Filing System (EFS) will be at 11:00 AM central time on Monday, December 23, 2024. To ensure that your filings are reflected on your 2024 Surplus Line or Fire Marshal Tax Statements, please submit them by this deadline.
Please note:
- The EFS will be UNAVAILABLE for approximately one week starting on December 23, 2024
for year-end closing and system maintenance.
Any transactions you enter after the system comes back online will be a part of your 2025 activity and tax statements.
